It works
It does the job. I'm a former firm attorney (and used to really nice corporate kits in my old life) but now just a full-time mom who volunteers with several small nonprofits. This is a terribly cheap binder and tabs- but it looks official enough to help my "clients" (1) remember to keep the important documents in one place and (2) remind them that there are formalities they should be observing (like keeping good records). Also, it's cheap enough that I'm happy to provide it for them. So maybe two stars for quality, but five for function.

Just a cheap binder, some dividers and stock certificates
Honestly I thought there was going to be more forms included in this kit. It's essentially a cheap binder with corporate records printed on it, several dividers and 10 stock certificates. None of the other sections of the binder besides the certificates and transfer records are filled with anything. $37 total for this with shipping was a total ripoff. I'm going to try and get a refund from Amazon because this is seriously a joke.

The binder feels like old school vinyl
The binder feels like old school vinyl, but it is otherwise great. I can't charge a lot to make corporations in this world of LegalZoom and the expensive binders cut into the margin. Call me old school, but I think that a good corporation book forces my clients to treat their corporation a little bit more like a corporation. All the resolutions, etc., feel like the work of someone with "too much time on their hands," until you get sued and someone tries to pierce the corporate veil. The easiest way to do this is by arguing that the corp. has become an alter ego of the owner. Promissory notes for loans to the corp., resolutions declaring dividends, and the useless moving of writing multiple checks (e.g. from the corporation to the individual and then from the individual to the personal debt) make a difference. The "ThriftKit Combo" allows me to continue to offer the clients this binder as a giveaway.

I am very pleased with the quality. I have purchased similar kits from other vendors for more money and this one was a true bargain.

It is a nice three ring binder with dividers in which the tabs ...
It is a nice three ring binder with dividers in which the tabs are labeled with the corporate terms one would want. Had I known that was the only corporate feature, I'd have just purchased a 3-ring binder and hand written the tabs.
