It's adorable and noisy enough to block out the other sounds ...
I bought this for my daughter because she needs white noise to sleep. It's adorable and noisy enough to block out the other sounds in our house. On the flip side if you are looking for it to cool off the room look elsewhere. It is not nearly as powerful as our previous floor fan.

One of the blades had broken off the fan, and the whole fan housing had fallen out and everything was laying in the botton of the fan.

would have rated higher as it is very cute, however this was a gift and it comes in a brown box, no pretty box to say what it is. buy it for yourself but not as a gift.

for the collector of roosters/chickens/hens this is a MUST
this was a early birthday gift for someone that collects roosters. she never had seen or yet even heard of a fan being made in the shape of a rooster so she was very very surprised when i gave it to her.

Rooster Nothing to Crow About
IT is large and top heavy. It doesn't really cool very much. I think it is just a decoration. Save your money.

Expensive for what you get.
OK, but I'm painting it to match my dog. IMO, it is over priced for what you get. The motor is just a cheap motor and I don't expect it to last very long.
