ChocZero Sugar Free Chocolate Chips, White Chocolate, 20 oz Bag

You cant tell they are sugar free they taste normal and melt just like a normal chocolate chip. I use them all the time for muffins, brownies, and breads.

These are delicious sugar-free chocolate chips, but, I will not be buying them during the summer months because we live in Texas and they will melt before we receive them! Therefore, I will probably stock up on them during the colder months.

These worked out great for making some low-carb dessert recipes. Having a sugar-free ingredient that's white really helps with decorating desserts, since you can dye it whatever color you need. I don't use them heavily, so taste isn't much of a factor for my use case, but they sweeten things up just fine. Definitely recommend if you're trying to do make some low-carb dessert recipes of your own.

Great tasting white chocolate chips. You can't even tell they're sugar free. I will definitely purchase again, although they are pricey, but worth it too me.

I can't say anything good about these no added sugar white chocolate chips by ChocZero. They have a taste that is nothing close to white chocolate. I really can't describe the taste other than unpleasant. They also have a strange consistency when you eat them...something similar to chewy or gummy. If you are looking for a no added sugar white chocolate chip I recommend Lily's over this brand. It irks me that I wasted $22.00 on a product that I will end up throwing out but live and learn, I guess.

Great ingredients! The texture is perfect for ganache, and when heated the chips behave like standard chocolate chips. The dark chocolate has the best chocolate flavour and the white chocolate is slightly nutty. Also they have solved the melting problem by modifying their shipping/packaging method. Which is important since these chips are a little more prone to melting in warm temperatures.

Okay- so your not getting the exact same flavor as white chocolate. But for some reason I still like the flavor. And because of the fiber content, I can get a treat and make myself more regular (don't eat too many- you will definitely notice). To me, the health benefits outweigh the not so perfect flavor, and still feel like a treat. Not for everyone, but for those trying to stay Keto friendly or watch their sugar intake- they work.
