Great laptop for normal users. I use this laptop mainly for media consumption and tasks with Microsoft Office and Adobe PhotoShop. It has all metal thin and light aluminium body, a great FHD display with responsive touch screen. The speakers are B&O brand and are located below at the sides. This model is slightly smaller than the previous gen envy laptops. The battery backup is also quite good. The performance is fast as it has the latest 10th gen i5 processor, 8gb ram and ssd hard drive. It has integrated graphics, so I do not recommend it for gamers, but if you are an average user you won’t be disappointed with the laptop.

Bought it from Amazon in Nov 2020. The computer worked well for the first 2-3 months of use. After a Windows Update in April 2021, the computer started crashing with a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Error quite unpredictably. Contacted HP Support and the roller coaster ride of online support started. They made us perform several diagnostics tests, restores, repairs, reinstalls and formats of the computer over several hours, spanning a number of days of similar sessions, but to no avail. I was then asked to wait for the next Windows update, which purportedly would fix the BSOD issue. Even after the new update in May 2021, the BSOD issue persists - the computer crashes within a few minutes' use. Eventually, HP washed its hands off stating that the hardware tests perfectly okay in the diagnostics tests, and it is a software problem, so please contact Microsoft. Now the roller-coaster started with Microsoft remote support. They made me reinstall Windows, and carried out Windows Custom Install once again. June 2021 went past without any fruitful result - but only attempts to get this fixed. Neither HP, nor Microsoft is willing to send their technician, or take the laptop in their service centers to find a fix for this problem. I'm now staring at this rather good looking piece of junk which I fell for at a fateful moment, and yet needing a laptop that works!

It's good laptop but I face some overheat during charging and speaker make weird sound during YouTube video, but overall laptop is good, I will update after some use if any prblms occur, but u can go with it speed is good. Hp is best brand and its service is good

One of the great laptop. Internal mice for team Meetings without headphone. Touch screen, fingerprint is fast. Upgraded with Samsung 1TB m.2 NVME SSD. Upgraded with Windows 10 Pro from Home. Lifetime Office 2019 (Need to link with MS Account). HDMI Port not available (May be cons for someone)

Worst product ever I ordered for a new one and they sent me a refurbished one. The apps aren’t responding, it’s getting heated even for an hour of use. I asked them to take it back and they said they had to investigate and that takes 3 more days. Make sure you always buy from a certified buyer

Dont think twice? This is the BEST 2 in 1 Ultrabook you can get for your bucks. You get 7K MS Office along with Windows 10. The Laptop breezes through the applications. It literally turn on in 4-5 seconds.GO for it!

Issues in the build came up within 3 months' use. HP doesn't honour the warranty. I suggest don't buy an HP laptop if you're expecting decent professional after-sales service.

I have purchased this laptop from the HP store. This is really sleek, feels like I'm carrying a long notebook around. It's lightweight at just over 1.3kg.The laptop does have 2 USB ports and 1 type c. Comes with a sd card slot.The laptop has a touchscreen which is very responsive. Fingerprint sensor is also very responsive.The speakers are good but lack a bass. But at this price and with the other packed features, I'll give it a pass. I'm happy using my bluetooth headset with it which works well.Using a type c to hdmi adapter, I'm able to use it with a 27" monitor.All in all, an envious laptop and worth the price. It is a premium 2 in 1.
