Absolute game changer
I am a bigger guy(350lbs) and have been searching for who knows how long for a pair of insoles that actually work. I have flat feet and its very hard as you know to find an insole that isn't way to aggressive on the arch support. These support my feet and are crazy comfortable. I'm on feet for 8 hours a day working in the landscape industry and finally my feet aren't killing me at the end of the day. They are very true to size unlike some of the other bigger companies claim to be. They are easy to use and insert. The thickness of the foam sits perfectly in my running shoes to not cause the shoes to fit tight.

They run very large
I purchased a 16 4E. And it was sized more like a 18 6E. Even though they were size to fit I was in such pain I trimmed him down I couldn't wait another day. Initially they felt uncomfortable so I put the original shoe pads in under them. Give me a lot of cushion but really wasn't alleviating a lot of pain. So I took the original Sue cushions out and use these alone and even though they were kind of hard and took some getting used to (especially the hard plates in the heel). After that I started noticing pain relief in the first week. Whatever discomfort you have initially is small compared to the amount of pain that they relieve. It took about 3 weeks to relieve the plantarfasciitis but whatever you call it ๐คฃ and it took another week before I started feeling relief in the hill. I'm 6'2 and weigh 300 lb. I spend most of the 8-hour day on my foot in construction work and I'm 61 years old. If your feet are too big for Dr scholls then I highly recommend this product. If you're a lighter individual and undersized 14 I would suggest trying Doctor Sholls. But if you're a big heavy guy like me with big feet and in a lot of pain these get the job done. There is some discomfort for the first week or two but I'm telling you once they start relieving the pain you forget about the discomfort and then after a while you get used to them .
