The most useless thing you can buy
Completely useless. The metal isn't strong enough and I suspect it could even be aluminium.It just doesn't sharpen the knife but rather the knife shaves the "steel" smooth. I've been a chef for many years so I know what I'm doing.Avoid this trash at all costs.
