Insufficient packaging
Only one of the 12 bottles ordered arrived intact, but the survivor created some delicious food.At least the box leaking liquid smoke all over my doorstep smelled nice.

Best Jerky Making Marinade!
My husband is an avid jerky maker and he swears by Stubb's! He uses both Hickory and Mesquite in his secret sauce, and it tastes fabulous! Stubbs is all he uses, but we cannot get it where we live, so this is so wonderful to be able to get it online.

Liquid gold.
It's hard to find any descent liquid smoke where I live, and when I do its either not been good or very expensive. With Stubbs it has excellent taste and is priced just right. As soon as my current supply is out I will definitely be ordering more.
