These are very easy to install! I’ve had them up for a few weeks and so far the adhesion has worked great! We have newer painted cabinets but they might not stick as well on stained cabinets or cabinets with more of a textured wood grain. Make sure you wipe down the surface and let it thoroughly dry before applying. My husband thinks they are a slight annoyance to open but I think they function perfectly!

Most child locks I have used are not only annoying to install, but annoying to deal with every time you have to open the cabinet or drawer. These are the best ones I have ever used. They are very easy to install and very easy to open the cabinet after you install them. Love!

Adhesive was not good.

I bought this to secure my trash can lid from my dogs. It works great! The adhesive has held very well! It wasn't the easiest to figure out how to unlock, but I was pretty unfamiliar with these types of things. You slide the button downward to release the lock, which was a bit counterintuitive. It won't release with just a "button press", which is kind of what I thought it would do. Great quality overall!

We bought another safety kit first that did not work so we were happy that these ones work! They are now on cabinets and the fridge keeping our little man from getting into too much trouble. We may order more too...Update: We ordered more. From the second set of 6, one did not lock shut. Another one we used on the toilet but it doesn't stick to the porcelain. That's fine. It is great on the fridge, stove, and our cabinets. Will get something different for the toilet.

I gave the 3 stars because these are easy to use, the adhesion is great, and they're easy to install. I took away 2 stars because my 2 year old figured them out in less than 4 hours. 🥴

Product is completely worthless, 4 out of 6 did not adhere well at all. The 2 that did stick the children were easy to get open by simply sliding it on the measuring side (opposite to the lock side) this does not do the job you need it to at all. Toddlers can easily pull it off or open it by sliding the opposing end. This is a joke and waste of money.

Oh my gosh! These Child Safety Locks are Amazing! I purchased them in September 2020, initially to secure a kitchen cabinet doorthat wouldn't stay closed. I'm proud to say that these safety locks work and they were super easy to apply and what's more, you can remove and put them back on at will. I highly recommend this product!
