Some pacing issues, but overall a wonderful story!
3 1/2 starsThe fourth installment of the Pandava series had some pacing problems. It came out swinging, but then the middle third was a struggle. The action in the second half picked up and the climactic battle was impressive... But then there was more wrap up than one would expect.Originally, this series was meant to be a quartet. And while I'm happy we'll get a 5th book (and I do feel like it needs a 5th story to really give it a finale), it felt like the 4th story had some unnecessary stretching done to it when it was determined that it wouldn't be the last book.Overall though, I love this story. It's original and captivating. Aru and her friends are fun and witty and always work well together throughout their adventures. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this all plays out in Book 5!

Best of series (so far)
I like this series, it’s entertaining and I am totally rooting for the characters, but this book stood out above the others that came before it. The story line has become really compelling and I cannot wait to read the last book in the series and find out what happens!

Another Great Installment in the Pandava Series
This fourth installment in the Pandava Series of Chokshi's novels does keep up the action and twists at every turn. It keeps your attention to the end. I can't wait for the next part!

Excellent!
I’m hooked on this series. It is a phenomenal way to introduce the Mahabharata to everyone, especially young people. I hope someday this series become a movie series on the scale of Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings. Looking forward to the 5th book!

Fantastic book and series
Wonderfully written book and series that my 10 year old loves. Wonderful connections through to Indian mythology in the modern day.

A must read! Get it right now!!!!! But from the first book if you're new.
An excellent book. 👏Roshani has always been my fav authour, and the Aru Shah series has always been a great read for me.I am a kid myself (12) and I would definitely recommend ths book to all, it is a book for all ages :)After I read the first book of this series (Aru Shah and the End of Time) I simply HAD to get the other books... and Im very glad I did.Its a book of beauty, that combines Hindu mythology with the mordern world... And tells those old and super tales in a fun way...And does not mean that Roshani just rewrites the tales... nope, not at all. Its a completely new and cool adventure with Aru.If you are a Percy Jackson/Heroes of Olympus/Trials of Apollo/Magnus Chase/Kane Chronicles fan, then I bet sure you would love this book too.NOTE : UF YOU'RE A NEW PERSON TO THIS SERIES, I WOULD HIGHLY REQUEST YOU TO READ THE BOOKS IN THE PROPER ORDER, THAT IS START THIS SERIES FROM THE FIRST BOOK.Thanks! Hope my review helped you :D
