ABBA The Scrapbook

If it were me I would say this is a good find. The book is a much larger format than I thought it would be. This was a pleasing reality.Many never before seen pictures (at least never seen by me). Some pics I wished I had never seen such as topless or scantly clad pics of themen (Benny and Bjorn). I have a belief that where women are not allowed to go topless men should not be allowed to either. Believe me ...I find a topless woman a lot less offensive than I do a topless man.But all in all there were a multitude of pics I had never seen before and some of the written facts were news to me as well. The book is aperfect bound paperback. I would have felt that paying for the Hard Binding would be well worth it as we all know the end of the Perfect Binding.This book is recommended. If you like ABBA you will enjoy having this book.

I love all things Abba and the scrapbook and biography are both well done providing an intimate look at the group off-stage. One can see the incredible pressures on the group to go on tour, which they began only reluctantly. One gets the sense of why they have not reformed since they broke up; the pressures of being one of the most famous singing groups in musical history had to take its toll on them. But while they were performing they were sensational! I use ABBA music to exercise by - forces me to work harder.John GrayGrove City, OH

This is an amazing book!! I skimmed through it upon arrival. I can't wait to read through it page by page. Awesome pictures - page after page!! A must have for any ABBA fan!!

Many thanks to the author for such wonderful rare photos and for such a special layout. To be honest I would have been happy to pay twice the cost of the book, I really don't understand how this book can be offered for such a cheap price considering all the rare pictures it must have cost a small fortune. I hope there are more books to come from you in the future.My hat off to you Jean-Marie.

Very nice layout and print jobs

Everything you wanted to know, especially pictorially, about ABBA, their beginnings, their relationships, their POP LEGEND singing , etc. Very insightful as well as interesting in their development and the period after the end of ABBA even though they have never officially split up.

If you like ABBA, this book is simply terrific! Full of photos, it shows the group throughout the years! I'm soooo happy to see! I have five DVDs of them, and this book is "the icing on the cake". I've learned things about the group I never knew before. The girls are absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

Greatest amount of ABBA photos I have ever seen in a book with many new photos I had never seen before. A lot of interesting facts that go along with the pictures. Follows the group in their teens to up to the mid-2000s. Highly recommended.

Bought as a present for a friend who loved it.

洋書版'ABBA to MAMMA Mia!'（日本語版タイトルはママミアへの道だったと思います。）も持っていますが、ABBA to Mamma Mia!はABBAの後期からの活動を追った本ですが、'ABBA The Scrapbook'はメンバーがそれぞれ活動していたときからスタートします。（ご存知の方も多いと思いますが、ABBAのメンバーはグループ結成以前からスウェーデンでは有名でした。）そして、１９８２まで１年ごとに区分けされ、写真が載せられているのでいわばABBAの年表のような作品です。本全体に写真が載せられ、それにコメントや、メンバーや関係者の発言が載せられています。グループ結成前の写真やプライベートな写真もたくさん載っているのでABBAファンなら楽しめると思います。
