Before I review this awesome product, let me just say that I ordered mine from Ozark Outdoors LLC and received it almost two weeks before I expected it. Now...You know in Harry Potter how they bewitches his trunk and it can hold infinitely more items. That's what this bag is like. It's like a mythical labyrinth where just when you think you've reached the bottom, there's still more depth and hidden areas to put stuff. Except, thankfully, there's no Minotaur at the bottom. Although, you could easily fit one down there.So far I have managed to fit in 6 sleeping bags, 2 tents, 4 big tubs of protein powder, 12 drummers, 11 pipers, 10 lords, and 9 dancing ladies. Yes, all at the same time. It was a tight fit, but I also managed to slip in a bag of skittles.It hugs close to your body. If it was a person, it'd make for a great cuddle partner. But if you go camping alone, you can just cuddle it anyways. and if you feel the need to compensate because of some emotional insufficiency in your life, you can even accuse it of being too clingy.There are no mountains in my neighborhood just a few dirt trails full of ticks and banana spiders. That's not really my scene so instead i plan on humping around my neighborhood yelling stuff like "9/11 was an inside job!" or "i love the smell of napalm in the morning!"on some days i may even camouflage my face and yell "is that you john wayne? is this me?"you can fit about 120 lbs in this pack. that's roughly two and a half Peter Dinklages. you can also fit R2D2 inside of it but i don't know why you would want to.it's camouflaged very well. a little too well in fact. with this pack you don't just blend into nature, you become one with nature and the trees reveal ancient wisdom to you.this was the pack we used in Marine Corps boot camp back when i was a boot. this pack is legendary!!!i always felt like the part that goes against your back looks like the front of a ninja turtle which is cool because i have always identified as a ninja turtle.all in all in conclusion i would like to say that i have absolutely no regrets about spending half of this years income on this amazing pack. i canceled my gym membership and will hump 2 or 3 days each week.i will add that my best six pack came from humping and sprinting.

I love this backpack, will be awesome for multiday hikes, plenty of space completely bomb proof, so what if its a few pounds heavier. It came brand new as promised the only thing was it was missing the radio pouches, but after contacting McGuire Army Navy they made things right. Wonderful customer service, fast and responsive, would absolutely buy from them again.

This is the exact same type of pack i was issued on my second deployment, so i knew what i was getting myself into. its massive storage capacity and carry weight (110lbs) make it an excellent BoB and because of the padded harness/frame its super comfy to carry, not that i plan on maxing out the weigh limit. it would have gotten 5 stars if the lid had been new and not a referb. i can tell because the camo pattern on the lid is lighter than the main pack (faded) and the Pals webbing and velcro on the lid were sewn incorrectly. the velcro isnt centered on the lid and the 3rd row of pals isn't aligned with the other 2. not a big deal because i didn't plan on attaching anything to the lid anyway, but still worth a star.

Purchased from AmmoCanMan. Pack was delivered new in plastic, which was awesome. Came with waistband belt and pack lid. Missing shoulder straps though, which was very disappointing. Without the shoulder straps the pack is worthless. Message sent to seller. Awaiting reply. Will upgrade stars to five if new shoulder straps are sent to me. The product photos and description indicated it came with the shoulder straps. Buyer beware.

I like the Backpack Nothing negative to say about it going to use it for camping and fishing..

Folks I’ve had my pack almost eight years, and now you it as my BoB. The dang thang has so much storage you could put everything including the kitchen sink in it!! Not to mention the lid, I use the lid alone to carry my bushcrafting kit when camping/hiking. If you’re looking for a ton of storage while not sacrificing comfort the USMC Marpat pack is it! Not to mention the prices have skyrocketed as I payed less than $100 8 years ago. God bless ✌🏽🇺🇸

Except for small sharpie mark on the back pad, the pack came completely new out of the box. Everything: hip belt, main bag, shoulder straps, buckles, and radio bag appear to be new and have no musty smell. Some assembly required, but the seller was awesome and threw in some surplus molle pistol mag holders, liner gloves, and a SOT uniform patch kit for free. Shipping was ridiculously quick to boot.Note: bought through a different account
