Review: Beautiful , but has lots of issues with the actual function of the grill! - The grill itself is beautiful but has lots of issues! The burner sits directly in the center and is over kill for the size of the grill! It gets too hot in the middle and does not distribute heat evenly throughout the grill. Also, there is a low spot in the center where grease and oil will settle, causing it to burn and smoke ! The grease drip pan is made of stainless steel and has no handl, so you better make sure the grease is completely cooled before trying to remove! There is no wind break underneath to divert flames away from underneath, should a breeze pick up while grilling. My husband had all the hair singed off of his arm while grilling due to flames blowing out from underneath! I contacted the seller on these issues and I they said was that I just needed to get used to using it! Also beware if you need to send it back. It will cost you $350! We ended up purchase griddle from Lowes for a fraction of the price of this one and it works much better! The concept of this grill is great, but the design poor. Review: Must have this! - Best thing I have ever bought for my family! The cypress is such beautiful wood and it looks great on our patio! We love cooking anything and everything on our Backyard Hibachi! Family and friends always want to come to eat at our house because we can all hang out outside and watch the hibachi chef and all the food comes out great! Plus, no cleaning the kitchen!
