This lion’s mane product has worked wonders for me. My mind has been overloaded with the amount of studying and work I need to do during law school. With this amount of material to memorize, its always difficult to retain so much information in such little time. I was recommended this product by a nutritionist to help increase my mental clarity and memory retention. I was a bit skeptical at first, I tried a couple of lions mane supplements, but Neuro-fuel was the only one where I actually felt positive cognitive effects. I started feeling the effects after 4 days of use. Getting through my studies has been easier than ever.An instructional brochure is included with a cool hemp bag, and explains all about this mushroom and the proper dosing. It explains how mushrooms are adaptogenic, so it should be taken in intervals which they provide options in how to schedule.. I do 3 weeks on, 1 week off. I thought that was cool since other companies don’t point out such an important factor. Mogu Mushrooms seem very knowledgeable in the world of fungi. Awesome packaging!! Bought these because they're the only company shipping to Colombia. I agree with most of the comments above. Four star rating because every time I took the recommended two daily scoops I got diarrhea. However at one scoop I felt just fine. Take into consideration that I'm on the smaller side of @ 140 lbs.

I received my order July 22nd and started taking the recommended daily dose on the same day(2 scoops)Today is August 1st and I'm out of product???10 day supply???I'll be looking elsewhere. Way to much money for a measly 10 days supply.
