Wont Pair via instructions alone - you need to know right procedure
Its a shame, its a neat looking device and I was hoping it would work but it simply wont pair with my Android phone! (And I've tried two; the Samsung S7 and HTC) . It shows as detected by my phone (so its transmitting) but when you try to pair it says "pairing rejected by Coospo". So I emailed the company asking for assistance but I didn't get a response or even an acknowledgement!. (which is why 1 star)Of course it may just be a faulty device and others may work, but when they cant be bothered to response my advice is to shop elsewhere. I am eligible for a refund through Amazon and the retailer.UPDATE:The company contacted me direct following the above review and explained the correct pairing procedure. IT MUST BE PAIRED THROUGH THE APP and NOT through ANDROID. ALSO IT MUST BE WORN when pairing (I new this as Android would not detect unless worn). I pointed out this information is not given in the leaflet nor is it available on the website. They have apologised and said they would try to fix this information. The device now paired works absolutely fine and so I have given 4 stars as it is very reliable but instructions and website FAQ / help are poor hence deduction of one star.

Excellent replacement for my Wahoo TICKR strap
I bought this after the poppers on my wahoo strap failed. This is a much better design as you don't have to pop the TICKR on/off when you undo the strap. Instead it has a nice hook and loop setup. The pads work well and it is comfortable. Couldn't ask for more at this price.

I have had the Forerunner about 3 years and over the last year I was getting poor connection between the monitor and the watch
I bought this strap to replace the original Garmin strap which came with my Forerunner watch. I have had the Forerunner about 3 years and over the last year I was getting poor connection between the monitor and the watch. I tried changing the monitor battery and wearing it in different positions but to no avail. I thought that I would by a new strap in case that was the problem rather than invest straightaway in a new monitor. Brilliant results. I am back to getting consistent connection between monitor and watch and accurate results during my runs and gym sessions. The monitor fitted the belt well and the belt is comfortable to wear.

The perfect middle ground
The price point of this heart rate monitor makes it right between the cheapest chinese HR monitors and the more popular brands like polar and garmin etc. It has the abilities of the more expensive monitors but at a quarter of the price point. Used it for a few months now and not had any issues whatsoever. Having an ability to remove the strap from the monitor itself is also a big bonus.

OK replacement for a Garmin or Whaoo strap, but not comfortable
This replaced a Wahoo strap that was annoying as it did not make a complete loop.It works as a HR pick up no problem. I've tested it with both Garmin and Wahoo HR "lozenges".The bright orange colour was a bonus, making it easy to spot in a bag, or a drawer full of black lycra. The belt is a little lighter material that you usually find with a Garmin or Wahoo strap., not quite as strong compression, but it has not slipped while in use.My issue with this strap is that I do not find it as comfortable as either of the aforementioned. This strap lacks a small soft tab that is found on Garmin straps that cushions the plastic fastening where the strap joins to itself, so the plastic fastening is not directly pressing into your skin. Thus, with a piece of plastic pressing into your skin, I find this strap becomes uncomfortable after about 5-10 mins.If a soft tab was added, I'm sure this wold be comfortable.

Nearly had a uh-oh moment!
Well! At first I thought I was going to have to bin this comfortable strap because my Polar H1 monitor kept popping off...pop in one side, then the other and the first side pops out again. Grrr! I immediately thought that this was because the pitching of the studs was slightly off, maybe it is compared to an original Polar chest strap but I'm happy to report that the problem seems to have resolved itself and the monitor has stayed put through weightlifting and cardio workouts. Even though the strap is hidden under a sports bra it has not detached itself so far. Material is softer than the original and I prefer the hook and material eye on this strap.

Just works
My original Wahoo Tickr strap was coming apart, with the sensor pads getting unattached from the actual strap. While they are not completely off, I started noticing that the variations in heart rate were not quite as rapid as I expect them to be while doing Focus T25 workouts. I don't get that... if the sensor pads are still attached, aren't they picking up the electric activity, even if they aren't glued the whole way to the strap? Apparently not. And I wasn't quite prepared to research the intricate details of ECG functioning to resolve it.I simply came on amazon to order a new strap.I was disappointed there's no Wahoo "original" strap available at all. In fact there's no Wahoo styled strap where the transmitter push-buttons actually join the strap around you. One big advantage of that design is that you by default have to remove the Wahoo tickr, so that prevents battery drain. So just a note, with this strap remember to remove the Wahoo tickr device from the strap when you are done. The battery will still last a few months - but it will last years (not kidding) if you take the tickr off when you are done working out.Besides that though, this strap is just perfect. I like the bright color. Some reviews mention Wahoo doesn't fit for them. Or it keeps popping out. No such problems for me. It stays on securely. The sensor pad is pretty long. I immediately got proper, instantaneous heart rate reads once I used this and got back to my workouts. So I don't need to worry about breaching my VO2 Max anymore!

Functional but a bit basic
ProsUnlike the previous Coospo i bought this actually works, was able to pair with android phones (Huawei and HTC tested) and with bike gps (Bryton)Accurate readingComfortable strap, no rubbing or marksWaterproof, not tested it for immersion but it is still going strong after lycra was soaked throConsCan't rename it's bluetooth address, meaning that it is sometimes very hard to pair, especially at mass events
