My best friend moved to Korea a couple of years ago and has raved about their cosmetics. When she came in to visit, she brought a veritable treasure trove of samples and I immediately fell in love with the Korean cosmetic world also. The Saem makes some very good products (try their Micro-peel gel, you won't be disappointed)! However, this gel wasn't what I had expected. I expected more of a lightweight moisturizer, something analogous to a day cream in the US. This is more the consistency of aloe vera gel. If you have truly dry skin, I would go for a more hefty and thicker moisturizer. But, even though this wasn't exactly what I expected, I have been using it for my red skin and it has helped soothe it quite a bit. I still have to use a thick overnight moisturizer, but this works well as an added bonus for soothing inflamed skin. The packaging is also very adorable, made to look like a bamboo stalk!

I love it. It leaves my skin so smooth. I used to use a bamboo toner before that was discontinued. This is the closer that I can get to my bamboo toner and I love everything about it

This is a good refreshing gel for the dry summer heat. I used it during the heat waves to help soothe my skin. I had no bad reactions.
