Great balloons, as described and work great just blown up normally but also worked with helium. Good price for how many you get and fast delivery

I was very disappointed with these we blow these up with helium the night before and the ones with confetti in them just keep popping before we even had much helium in them. And the rest had all gone down the next day and these were for my wedding. I would not buy these again.
