I used this to help bring my blonde out after accidentally darkening my blonde when I was trying to just make it less brassy lol but this does work.

Did absolutely nothing and there was not enough to do a full treatment (long ish hair, no extensions)

I was worried after reading review of it possibly turning my hair purple but my brassiness just won't be tamed. So I tried this. Left it on my hair for about 10 minutes then rinsed.My hair is now beautifully ashy. No purple in sight, and no brassiness either.Hair was very soft and moisturized after. I did still put in my leave-in conditioners, and is totally needed for my hair. If your hair is very dry like mine, this product helps, but does not replace other moisturizing products.
