At this price point, looking at the zoomed in diagram of the cut in the product catalog, one would expect a true flush cut. It doesn't achieve that, leaving the same bulge that the $7 cutters leave. Cooper tools looked at it and even send a replacement, ultimately admitting that it works as designed. Their internal test of proper functioning is whether it cuts a sheet of paper making a clicking sound. That's wonderful, but I didn't buy it to cut paper.
