This is the original one as far as I know. Best quality. Compare the weight to orders and you will see most orders are smaller and lighter.

Quality product. Works as advertised. Adjustable size. Noisy when using... can scare pets and small children. Awkward to get used to using. Fun, but novelty wears off quickly. Then becomes another unused exercise gadget.

I did get a refund but the box didn't even come with half of the stuff. Stay away. It is SCAM.

I'm not gonna say its for everyone but it's definitely for me!! I've always considered hula hoop a great exercise, I'm just terrible at it, always start off great but apparently get a little lazy shortly after. This is awesome because you know exactly when you start to get lazy but rather than having to constantly stop and pick up a hoop from the floor to restart, its still where it's supposed to be so you can adjust your moves to not lose the momentum.Let's chat about the device itself, I have all the pieces connected. I set it on my hips, which are around 44 inches. I'm hoping that using it regularly, I'll know results as I am able to remove pieces. Its really simple to add and remove the pieces to find your right fit.Using it. Turns out I'm weak, I can't get this thing started on my own. I'm hoping I'm not alone. Ha. I just kind of give it a little spin and start hula'ing and away it goes. Now the fun is in keeping it up, you know as soon as you start to slow down as it will start to as well, if you keep a steady pace though it will go as long as you want it to (recommendation is no more than 30 minutes). Personally I'm doing about 10 minutes at a time a couple times a day. Sometimes I will do it before a meeting when the 15 minute reminder goes off, I'll do this for 10 of those minutes to perk up a bit before jumping on a call. You will want to check the radius of the roped weight and ensure there is nothing in the way, otherwise it will hit those things throwing off your momentum and/or knocking things over. It is also a loud clickety clackety as it is going around. It doesn't bother me, just a notable point if others are around or you are trying to watch TV or something.Overall I am super pleased with another 'exercise' option i can easily keep close to my work space and take some quick 'get the blood flowing' breaks in my day with. Fun and beneficial!!!

The hoop from one end to the other is fifty inches, when it comes around to a circle it’s more like 44” around. If you happen to need 50” inches, this won’t cut it. As for staying up and easy to use, this is quite fun, and even for the most awkward you can do this. This is plastic, and it’s thick plastic, but doesn’t feel like it’s indestructible.

The media could not be loaded.  This new style hula hoop is made of thick material and allows you to adjust it to the circumference of your waist, it has these springs that cushion the passage of the counterweight ball, it is very easy to use and works very well.It comes with a jump rope which makes it a very good set for working out.When using it you can feel that it was working the abdominal area.It is a lot of fun to use (my husband did it better than me!).I highly recommend it!
