I bought this boot thinking I was going to have to modify it as stated in other reviews, but I did not,, it bolted on perfect both to the cylinder and the carburetor. Proper length. I found it strange that the kit comes with washers that are too big to use with the boot. No complaints though saved $120 over oem and I'm happy with purchase. Bolts were even perfect length. Runs great!

Good fit
1989 yamaha moto4- fits perfectly. Fairly easy to install. Only issue was one side of the manifold required a smaller nut than provided in packaging.

Buy a Dremel tool before you purchase this
The holes won't line up so make sure you buy a Dremel tool with a good metal bit

direct replacement for my 88 yamaha moto4 350cc. Haven't had any problems so far.

Out of spec, used part
Old pieces of gasket from the original owner is still stuck in the gasket channel, the seller resurfaced the face of the boot, and did such a poor job at it that one side has significantly more material missing, and now the gasket cant stay inside the channel long enough to be mounted to the engine without using rtv to make it stick.
