LEGO Friends Party Gift Shop Kit (52 Piece)

These little lego sets are adorable! I purchase them for my son as rewards and motivation tools. He wanted more pink and purple colors, and these are fun little sets that also include little animals. He's a true animal lover. Since they are cheap, it makes a great little reward for sticker charts.The instructions are super easy to follow and he can build the sets within a few minutes. He also really loves the little tickets, money and desert treats that come with them!

We purchased a number of these small Lego Boxes for our precocious 3.5-year grand daughter. We always build them together with her since the parts are so small and the sets are intended for a 5-12 year old children. She has difficulty snapping the smaller pieces together, but has picked up on following the sequential assembly instructions (booklet pictures) and is getting pretty good at finding and matching the lego pieces to the assembly pictures. We count the number of bumps on each piece and sort the pieces by color, also beneficial skills. She enjoys playing with the assembled units, and seems to especially like the figurines for play acting. She seems particularly fond of these "Friends" and the "Creator" series sets. We just purchased a "Junior" set helicopter which she does find easier to assemble (larger pieces). She seems to like the details of the small pieces, but parents will need to keep an eye on how the sets are being used by such younger children. Amazon price was better than local department stores.

Very cute set. We started with the princess sets and expanded to these. My 4 year old can build these quite easily and loves the adorable little animals. I expect to be buying more lego sets in the future! It's a great way to spend some time together too.

I used these as party favors for a birthday party and the kids loved them. The parents did too because they were not junk toys and sugary candies. When I got them though they were only $5 a piece. I figured by the time I bought the favor bags and junk toys and candy to go in them I was already close to $5 a piece anyway.

Fun, easy to assemble. Kids lost interest right away, but it was fun for me to put together. really cute design.

Trying to avoid too much candy in the easter baskets this year, I went with Legos.... works for both kids. My Daughter was So excited to get another frmo the Lego friends Party set. She plays with them all. I have to admit - going into this girl lego thing, I was biased against "girly" legos - but they have proven their value many times over. my daughter still builds things with her legos - but she always wants to play - and tell a story with her legos. The friends series facilitates that so well.

My wife always says she wishes they had these when she was a kid, and my niece (it was for her) has dozens of sets and plays with them constantly. The only real drawback is that the pieces are so specific that you can only really make the one thing with them, but that is kind of the point - make it, then play with it. As always, very well made, all the pieces accounted for, clear instructions, and lots of playability. Awesome!

Bought this for my boyfriend's daughter (6 years old) and she was more interested in playing with the legos than she was with the new tablet he got her for Christmas. I got her a total of three lego mini sets and she built one, then the next and then the next. It did not take her long and she managed to do it all on her own, the directions were very clear.

I bought these for my niece for her birthday and she loves them. They are simple enough with not too many pieces. It's a great start for a child who you may not be sure if they will like this sort of thing. Great starter kit. Great price. She's four and has some difficulty with following the directions so adult help may be required but we are happy with these kits and the price is great.

Gift for young girl

The box came damaged. It was to be a Christmas gift but since it was damaged I had to set it aside. Pieces fell out of the plastic bag. Poor handling for sure.
