Gardener's Select A14BFG06 Glass Gazing Globe, Metallic Green, 10"

The globe arrived quickly and safely. It fit my stand and looked great---for about 15 days. Then I began to notice that instead of the metallic blue reflection, it simply looked like clear blue glass. I checked it out, and sure enough, the inside silver mirror finish had disappeared--probably washed away due to condensation on the inside of the globe resulting from temperature changes. It is now simply a clear blue glass globe--no longer a reflection of the blue world. The same thing happened to the silver globe I purchased about 5 years ago which became a clear glass globe. Very disappointing. I would have been happy if I had gotten at least one season out of it.

The Glazing Ball is just beautiful! It is a brighter aqua blue than shown and has prisms of different colors that show in the daytime and at night time streetlights or solar lights make it aparkle with again prisms of different colors. The design makes it show so well in the daytime.The glass decorations make it so much prettier than the standard glazing ball. Seems to be a heavy glass so wight helps to keep it secure in stand even in wind. This is not my first glazing ball, but this one by far the most beautiful and best quality.Could not be happier with my purchase

So pretty! Really pleased. A heavier glass. Just what I wanted. I will post pictures with sunlight on it and the blue ball you see in the distance on your right side, is the way it looks in shade.

It's far more impressive out of box (in person) than in pictures. Gorgeous translucent blues & whites that blend seamlessly, but with definition around the globe. Lovely item 😄😃😊

We have bought many globes over the years, replacing as needed when broken or color faded. These Gardener's Select globes have a rich and even color and appear to be slightly thicker glass than others we have bought. Price was not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I received quite a surprise when I opened the box. This gazing ball is much prettier in person than it is in the picture. It has a lovely purple opalescence in the sunlight. It is as large as it appears, a 10 inch ball. The bottom is sealed well with a rubber cover. It fits perfectly into my pedestal. Because my pedestal is concrete, I will be creating a soft ring for the glass to sit on. Thank you for such a lovely garden ornament.

I’m loving the colors of this gazing ball. Reds and purples in the sun. Mine too had several imperfections but it’s in the yard where no one will see them. Isn’t real thick glass so not sure of durability or sturdiness in a storm. Will move inside if I can in bad weather. Good price in comparison to others and as I said very pretty esp in the sun.

This item lasted 1 month and then shattered...no wind...no rain...nothing just broke apart...nothing bumped it. I can only think maybe a squirrel jumped off our bird bath and landed on it but come on...very dissatisfied.
