I recently upgraded to fibre broadband and had been using powerline adapters to extend my network into the room where I work downstairs. It worked OK, but whereas the hub was getting 900mbps upstairs, I was getting more like 70 through the powerline. I bought this cable as I wanted to thread it through gaps and under carpets to connect my laptop to the hub. Once I'd connected the two together a speed test told me my laptop was getting the same speed as the hub upstairs, so I'm really pleased with this. Yes, it's very thin, and like all ethernet cables the plastic clips feel fragile, but it works really well for me.

Have used this to connect from the telephone line to our moved router to get a better signal throughout the house. Works well & does what it was intended to do with no problem. Would recommend.

I was having problems getting Sky Glass to reconnect to my WiFi. This super long lead kick started the process and I was able to unplug it once my TV and router were in synch.

I struggled with awful internet for years but it’s really easy to make it look neat and run it through the entire house. Really good speed but I think it depends on what you plug it into. Works amazing with my ps5. Highly recommend.

I've struggled with internet speeds for a while, and last year upgraded to fibre as soon as it was available in my area. Even then, with a powerline adapter to improve coverage around the house there was a lot of signal degradation meaning 110/10 coming in to the house was only 30/4 by the time it reached the back of the house. Also pings were around 60-130ms.I ran this cable from the router in the front to an Eero (WiFi mesh/router extender) at the back of the house. Since it's a CAT6 cable there is quite literally no signal loss so the back of the house gets the full 110/10 now. I love it.The cable is flat and discrete and has plenty of bend. That means it easily runs under the carpet, around bends, between doors and between the skirting board and carpet. Decent price for 30m which left me about 5m to spare as well giving me the option to re-arrange my setup in the future should I need to.Would recommend this cable for anyone looking to run a cable for up to 10GBps bandwidth - which is perfect for pretty much any household.

I stay in a flat where nailing things is a no. But this wire is so thin, I was able to line it around a whole room down the side of the carpet and skirting, out a door and into an extender (turned access point) and another round the other side of the room direct to a PS5. Unless anyone was deliberately looking for it, you wouldn’t know it was there. No nails required. Better connection round the whole place. Don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner (well…probably because I didn’t know about flat Ethernet cables!).
