Lovely smell, burns quickly
It smells wonderful but it does burn very quickly so it doesn’t last long

Excellent customer service
Subsequent to my original review below I have to change my original 1 Star rating to a 4 star rating due to the unbelievable customer service received from La Jolie Muse. La Jolie Muse sent me the wonderfully scented Passionfruit Peony as a replacement for the Spicy Amber version that did not burn properly. I am glad to report that the Passionfruit Peony burnt as expected (see second photo). I would highly recommend La Jolie Muse scented candles.*ORIGINAL REVIEW* I followed the instructions to burn the candle for a minimum of 2-3 hours for the first burn, not to burn for longer than 4-5 hours at a time, trimmed the wick before each burn and burned it away from draughts. Despite this the edges of the candle did not get hot enough to ensure an even wax pool. I would suggest 2 wicks for this size candle.

Gorgeous scent but not burning evenly
This looks and smells beautiful, I do love it but disappointed it isn’t burning evenly so a lot of wax left down the sides which I’ll try to crape down. Other candles I have of this make haven’t done this so may be it’s the pot design or I just got a duff one. Still, it does look and smell lovely!

Nice packaging , cheap product. Issue put right
An even burn/melt for me is a sign of a good quality candle. The candle as can see doesn’t melt even. Scent is weak to, better off with a woodwick at similar cost(if can cope with the crackle). So not impressed , packaging is nice. That’s about it, should be £6 then would have got another star or 2.Edit-I have been contacted by the company professionally to put right . Sent another different candle out . Very nice packaging again. Not had chance to try out yet. But very happy with customer service and response.I’m changing for 2 to 4 stars for this reason. They have gone out of their way to put right.

Better than yankee candles
The candle smells lovely. Looks lovely. A great gift. Smells stronger than yankee candles and looks better too
