I should have paid better attention. These are smaller than I would like, but they are good quality and nice looking. They should do for now. Pay attention to the size you order. I should have gotten the 6.25" size.

Just got them so can't rate durability
Caveat: I am not a surgeon. I got these for some home purposes, although I am in medicine and have had the real thing in an OR or clinic in my hands. The tips of these are precise, they do seem sturdy, and the locking works sturdily and easily.
