I bought these bc I give avocados to our neighbors and I didn't have bags. They hold quite a few heavy avocados without spilling or tearing.

Nice size for a lunch bag unless you're Jethro Bodine.I bought these to flour chicken and other meats...they're sturdy enough to hold together for that process.In addition to that, I store garden veggies in these when storing them in the fridge. The veggies, when stored in plastic bags, tend to sweat and spoil quicker than when stored in paper.

Prefect size for a bagged lunch. The bag is thick enough not to tear easily.

Does the job

I like to use biodegradable paper bags for my dehydrated chicken bones left over from making bone broth. I then use them as fire starters for our bonfires in the backyard, making great biochar for our garden. These bags feel slick and plasticky on the inside, definitely not what one would expect from a plain kraft paper bag. If you are buying these for environmental reasons, I suggest you look elsewhere. I will not purchase again.
