I prefer decaf but this is so mild I have to use more pods and it isn’t a good value! I have had better decaf pods. However, I love the caramel, chocolate, and onyx pods. This company stands behind their products.

UPDATE: L'OR customer service reached out to me to offer a refund. I appreciate this quick response to my review. I’ll try this product sometime in the future, hope the issue will be resolved then. +1 star=====I noticed the "best before" was a sticker so I peeled it off to reveal the actual date. My purchase was in Nov. 2024, sticker said "Jan. 3, 2025" but the actual date is "Oct. 19, 2024".I've purchased other L'OR products and it seems this is an issue only with the Decaffienato. Why?To clarify, I don't despise the product itself, it actually tastes good, and the capsules work better than some others. I don't want to waste so I won't return it, but the labeling practice is sketchy, and maybe this should've been on a clearance sale or something.

Love this coffee, it’s a panic when we run out!

Has real Italy bite to it. Better than most caffeinated dark roasts. Some other brands might consider it a 10 or 11 intenso. Gonna be hard to beat this one.
