This product is amazing! I recently got this product because my regular skin care routine wasn’t cutting it & was struggling with getting rid of blackheads. Especially around my chin & nose because of how often we have to wear masks now. But, I know that I don’t have to worry about it much anymore & can already tell it’s made a HUGE difference. It has different settings to cater to different skin types & works really well on sensitive skin. Super easy to use too. Just plug it to charge it up, push the button & you’re good to go! Plus, it comes with a couple of extra tools to help get rid of any difficult acne or blemishes. Kinda gross just to see how much oil & dirt can come out of your skin, but, that just goes to show how well it works! I love it & highly recommend it!

This product surprised me! For the longest time I've seen people using suction blackhead removers on their facr and some leave good reviews and some leave bad, so I wanted to try it out myself for once since I have blackheads and acne in general. The first time I used it I just wet my face with warm water and tried it but nothing really happened. I still gave it another go though, this time right after I showered, in the still steamy bathroom. It worked like crazy! There was so much gunk that came out of it I had to clean it to continue! And the second time using it was still on the first charge I had from charging it for using it the first time!I love that it comes with different suction heads and more filters just in case. Would recommend to anyone willing to try anything to help their acne!

**update: since writing my review, I have received daily emails from this company (they use different clearly made up customer service rep names and never respond to emails I send back) telling me to remove my negative review and then they’ll refund my money. I’ve stated over and over again that I’m not going to do that. I’d rather help others avoid a bad product than get my money back. They have continued on for months, sometimes multiple emails a day. I’ve reported them to Amazon but it still won’t stop. The amount of time they’re putting into harassing people to manipulate their reviews would be better spent making a good product in the first place. Stay far far away from this company!**The instructions were so poorly written, I thought it wasn't working because I was doing something wrong. So I watched several instructional videos online to make sure I was following all the steps (including steaming). But still it only cleared a small handful of pores at best and left the rest untouched. I bought it for my teenage son, who is struggling with horrible white and blackheads, but it did nothing for his skin except irritate it. The cheap tools included were the only useful part.

I tried using several times. It just doesn't have good suction power.. it doesn't pull anything off my face.

I am an Hairstylist and Aesthetician and I usually use the extractor for blackhead removal but I wanted to see if this will save a little time and it actually did. I haven't used it on a guest yet but I've used it on myself several times. The 1st time I set the suction on the highest setting and obviously that was to hard, the next morning I looked like I had gotten beat up buuuuut it worked so well. Since then I've set it on low and medium and those work just as well with less bruises. Start off slow and you'll be fine.

I read several reviews and decided to give this product a try. I really wasn't expecting Professional results as it's very conveniently priced but I was PLEASANTLY surprised. Works amazing! the suction is strong, so user beware if you have sensitive skin (as others have stated, works better if you put some oil for the vacuum to slide over your skin and not get stuck in the suction. after the first use ( and only a few seconds in) I noticed lots of pores being cleaned. Just after my first time using the product, my t-area looked significantly cleaner and my pores were smaller. I highly recommend this product and I am excited to see what results continued use gives me!

So I received the item which I have been so excited to get and try. My biggest issue is how to use it!!! There is a piece of paper with many languages but even in English it is not only not clear but very confusing and no instruction on how to use. Nothing is labeled so not sure what head is what and the tools included are great but again no idea of how to use them, heck for all I know they are used for dental work. Just disappointing and wonder who at the company signed off on the info included in package.

This was my first time using a black head remover like this. It was easy to use, hold down the button for 3 seconds to turn it on the first level and one quick touch increased the suction power to different levels. The first level wasn't strong enough but if you have sensitive skin you might want to stick with that one. The second one was strong enough to pull but not overly hard. I was amazed by the gunk that came out of my face. I was very impressed, thats more than i ever managed to get out using just my fingers. My skin was a little red afterwards but it does warn you in the instructions that will happen, it did fade and I had no bruising. My skin was also softer to the touch afterwards which i liked. I did use this after a shower with hot water to open my pores more. I look forward to using it again and finally getting my face to clear up from these blackheads.

It won’t remove any black heads what so ever . The only thing you will surely get after using it is bruised marks on your face . Even if you are gentle . Absolutely waste of money .
