This is a great compact infrared heater. I've been through a few heaters of this type, and this is by far the best and most sophisticated- outputs good, quiet heat, controls are very friendly and readable, modes are verbally displayed (instead of trying to remember if the pine tree symbol is more or less output than the radiant dot symbol...) Ambient room temp is displayed largely, and panel brightness is easily adjusted (or turned off completely). Good build quality for the price point, cabinet is attractive. Very satisfied with this unit.

Purchased as a backup heater for the winter. Will keep a 30' x 30' space reasonably warm and cheaper than the baseboards. Casters were the weakest point for me. Certain angles on the wheels and it can tip over. Tossed the casters and even the cat couldn't knock it over. Would definitely recommend for a similarly sized heating need.

Love this little heater, works great. Small, but does the job, works as described. Looks good, too. Use with electric furnace, for heat supplement. I have this located in living/kitchen area, and another infrared heater (Redstone) located at end of hallway for heat to bedroom and bath. Although it has gotten down to 30 degrees, I've yet to turn on electric furnace. Thermosat works well, also, set to whatever room temp you want. Happy so far.

Was packed really tight was a little bit hard to unbox so be careful unboxing it I like it it seems like it's done good on the remote does what it's supposed to I leave it on auto and for me and my little dog it's perfect I like them better I like this one better than the other ones I was looking at just looks a little more clean and refined you know

I bought this as the rating they quote for the BTU an square footage it mention this heater would be effective for. Once i got it and started using this heater, let's say it will do 10 it did about 3 or 4, very underwhelming...

we really like this little heater it has a big output and warms up a room quickly it is limited with the remote selection but really has good heat quickly
