These are as described. They tablets are tiny so very easy to swallow. No taste, no smell, no lingering aftertaste. Good value for money. I think these are effective, time will tell. Just ordered my second lot . having run the course of the first batch, overall , in conjunction with a few other life style changes , I certaainly do feel much better in myself .

Perhaps I have better energy levels. I have felt the so called negative effect of a dip in appetite, which has meant I have lost a bit of weight!! They do seem to cause a bit of constipation too though, so be mindful of that.

I used half bottle I didn’t feel any clear difference, I didn’t have blood test so I know my vitamin d is low ,just I had it because vitamin d is good for your body , easy to swallowing very small tablets, not any bad effects or experience,

Small pills and work effectively, easy on the stomach. And there is a lot for the price

Value for the money

On a recent bloood test doctor said I had low vitamin D …..obviously the NHS don’t supply viatamin D tablets so I decided to give these a try ….find out if they work next blood test
