I ordered this under the impression that there were "10x sheet masks" in the set. I received one sheet mask. Reading through customer comments, purchasers are receiving their set of 10 sheet masks. Wondering why my set is missing 9 sheet masks?

DO NOT ORDER!!!! IT SAYS 10 SHEETS BUT I ONLY RECIEVED ONE!!!!! I'm so disappointed I was super excited to get them and when it came in I just got 1! Dont put 10 sheets if you send 1!

I only received 1 sheet in the mail instead of the 10 that I ordered. Additionally, the packaging was completely different from the photo.

The highlighted ingredients, and a few other ingredients that are actually good for skin, are low on the list. Sure, the price seems great, but the main ingredients are alcohol and glycerin in all of them. Followed by some propanediol which is a known skin irritant. They leave a sticky, pore clogging residue even when only on for the directed time (5-10 mins). Not for sensitive skin for sure, though mine isn’t super sensitive and it caused me to break out.

I only got One face mask ..

The description said 10xmasks. And other people also review this product incoudes 10 pieces. However, I only got a super light bag with only 1 piece.

THE FACE SHOP Real Nature Mask Sheet Pomegranate. I looked at the reviews for this mask before purchasing. Some reviews indicate 1 mask received, some reviews indicate 10 masks received. The photos and wording on the Amazon ad features 10 masks not 1. Purchased 3 orders. Expected to receive 30 received 3. I use at least one mask a week minimum, up to 4 a week. I have my favorites but always willing to try new ones, especially at a good price point. My current favorite masks are 10 for $10 and they are high quality, leave my skin glowing, moisturized, and I see results that day and for many more. Granted I also used luxury eye masks that are $60 for 5 which also work wonders. Beside the misleading photos and wording, these masks do nothing for my skin. Shall not purchase from this company again.

As many others leaving a review, I was under the impression this was a 10 pack of sheet masks.I was wrong.You only receive the two (because of a minimum on the order).BUT, despite the disappointment in misleading information, I actually really loved the quality of the masks and I looked incredible after using them.They are heavily drench and leave your skin not only feeling wonderful, but also looking revitalised and radiant.Really enjoyed this product despite the misleading advertisement.

2nd time ive ordered these, i love the variety and the different effects of the different sheets. Got exactly what was pictured. Most likely will repurchase once i run out. Im a sheet mask addict so believe me its worth at least trying these ones out.

I am very disappointed. When I purchased this pack of 10 masks, I intended to give some to friends, but couldn't since some of the masks were very close to expiry date and I had to throw them away...The ones that were still good did a wonderful job.

Excellent product. Would buy again and recommend it to anyone that takes care of their skin to try it out. The carrier delivered late but it's not the shippers fault

3.5 stars. The price is great for the set, but as you can see from the photo, 3 of the masks were a slightly different version than what was pictured. This wouldn't be a problem, if not for the expiry date. The blueberry and lingzhi expire in early 2019, which is fine (although I would've preferred newer ones), but the calendula has already expired on Nov. 29. Not sure if this was an honest mistake but hope that this doesn't happen next time, because I still intend to repurchase :)
