FunnEqualizer Bike Stem with 10mm Drop or Rise - with 31.8mm Bar Clamp, Durable and Lightweight Alloy Bike Stem for Mountain Bike and BMX Bike

Beautifully machined and anodized. I like the attention to detail, the bar clamps has no gap on top. When installing read the instructions because the bar clamps are directional. I purchased this stem and their "up turn" bar because I wanted a high rise bar and I wanted more adjustability, the bar is 40mm rise and with this stem i could make my overall rise 50mm or 30mm depending on which direction I installed the stem. I purchased the 30mm reach version. Very satisfied with performance and style. Looks great on my trek rail!

Quality part screws had Loctite on them from the factory. Directions were clear insulation was simple. The result is good for me and my age.

It might be overkill on a $400 bike, but it is a very nice. It will probably live to see use on future bikes.

**check the stem size befor you install** i was sent the wrong size. The box said the correct length 50mm, but it came with a 35mm in the the box. (Factory packaging error?) Easy return, got the correct size delivered next day.It’s a really nice stem. My Marin San Quentin 2 has a ton of slack, and the geometry makes the bike feel super cramped. Good length, love the 10mm rise. Just as nice as my deity copperhead stem I replaced this with. Nice color options as well. I chose grey that pretty much matches everything.

Stem had to be forced in snd open up to fit my Fox36 fork coz it doesnt fit easily the way other stems fit right in. Finished seems at a lesser quality just like other high end stem and would probably be nicer if it was sand blasted finish. The “equalizer” label and other markings or cosmeric seems unnecessary as I do prefer a simplystic look. Edges are kinda sharp which scratched mark on my carbon handlebar. Otherwise....Really works!!! The 10mm Rise gave the elevation I need to lessen my hand fatigue. Its not only the 10mm rise that alleviated my hand fatigue as I paired it with a SQLab Carbon handlebar with a 16deg backsweep and 30mm rise. Used to have a 35mm stock handlebar on my 2021 Specialized Turbo Levo which Ive had hand fatigue even in the 1st 10minutes of the Trail ride.By changing the position of the stem to the top part of the Fork tube which gave me 10mm rise, plus the 10mm rise using the Funn equalizer stem and the 16deg backsweep of the SQLab handlebar took care of my handfatigue. From the beginning I can feel the drastic difference right away all the way to a the completion of a 5 hour very minimal trail ride. Take note I do have an eMTB so for 5hrs with mininal break thats a lot of mileage, lots of ups and downs.Pls take note that the Funn Equalizer can be set to a 10mm drop as well, on my case I needed the 10mm Rise. Yes there are some cosmetic issues but cant complain that it got the job dobe for my hand fatigue. Hope this helps.

This stem is great. It can give your bars a boost if you’ve maxed out on stem space on your steerer tube. The color looks great with other offset colors.

Awesome Stem! I replaced the factory Bontrager 80mm/7 degree rise stem on my Trek Marlin with this Funn Equalizer. I felt that 80mm was a bit long and it bothered my lower back. (I herniated a couple discs in my lower back years ago and they act up every now and then.) I went with the 42mm Equalizer stem. This pushed the bars back about 1.5inches I also didn't want to throw off the cross country geometry too much and feel like this was a good middle of the road option. I have the step facing up, my bontrager stem was also facing up and they sit the handlebars at about the same height. Overall I'm very pleased, finish and fitment are great! The red is a little purpley like others have said. None of my red accents match but that's okay!

Needed a super short stem that wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg stumbled upon this one and thought I'd give it go. Much to my delight it performed better then I could have hope for and is aesthetically appealing to boot. I foresee ordering a second for my other bike, green next time.

I like my bars a little higher than most people so the 10mm rise is great . The stem looks good and is light , 133g on my scale for the 42 mm lenght. It has the no gap top bolt design that makes it a bit easier to install the bars . I definitely recommend.

I purchased the grey stem in 42m. Its sliver and is a good match with Hope tech sliver. I wanted to get more rise out of my carbon handlebars that was 20m rise. Feels much better now I can recommend if you need more rise then this stem is for you.

安い中華品には問題があるものが多かったので、思い切って購入。工作精度が高くしっかり取り付け出来ます。当たり前ですが、ハンドルは低く、手前に来ます。ハンドリングはクイック目になりましたが、慣れました。オフロードでのコントロールがかなりいい気がします。立ち乗りでもハンドルが近くて操作しやすいです。
