This is the perfect size for 1-2 people. It's compact size fits neatly onto the counter top or in a cupboard. It arrives well packaged with an instruction booklet. I washed the ceramic pot before use then made a beef casserole on low for 8hrs and it was perfectlycooked. There's plenty of room for meat and vegetables but the advice is no more than 3/4 full. Lid fits well and no escaping steam. The controls are basic and there isn't an indicator light or timer but I didn't find this a problem. Low, high and warm setting makes it versatile. This was on offer so a bargain. Easy to clean and economical to use. Thie ceramic pot could be heavy for some and id recommend plastic utensils rather than metal.

Was a bit sceptical about purchasing because it was cheep but it's actually very good little slow cooker ideal for two people did a chicken casserole weekend on high put it on 12.00 cooked at 5.00 very happy and it's amazing to keep clean and ideal if you don't have much space and for the size and price you carnt go wrong have 3 big slow cooker think I will be using this one now ideal for my need 😀

Reason for purchase: Wanted a low wattage slow cooker for my micro campervan The good: This is a great slow cooker, it cooks at the right temperature, and you can set your own cooking time. Its very versatile, you can cook slower at a lower temp, a higher temp, or keep your food warm. Its very easy to use, and its fun to just throw ingredients in and see what you can make with what you have! For the price, this is a great product. The bad: This will only be good if its for one or two people, or you are short on space. But if that's what you need, then this fits the bill. Would I buy again: Absolutely.

I really like this Crock-Pot slow cooker. Everything in the title is accurate - the removable ceramic bowl is easy to clean, and it works exactly as expected. I wasn’t quite prepared for the weight since I’ve always used metal liners before, but it’s manageable. The 2.4 L size is more than enough for meals for two, and it’s helped me get into the habit of prepping “dump bags” so I can come home to a cooked meal. I paired it with an Alexa-controlled energy monitoring plug, which gives me the scheduling functions of more expensive models - I can even adapt the schedule while I’m out of the house. I’ve always enjoyed slow cooking, but after downsizing to a smaller home, I found that my large slow cooker was just too big for the two of us. It took a lot of time to heat up, and since I only ever cook small meals, I felt like I was wasting a lot of energy and water. I also usually use the leftover liquid to make gravy, but it seemed excessive for smaller portions. After reading through a number of reviews, I chose this Crockpot for its ideal size for two people. It comes with a solid two-year warranty, the pot is dishwasher safe (though I prefer to wash it by hand to keep it in good condition!), and the price is competitive for the quality. The glass lid fits securely, and while it has a small vent hole, the cooker still performs well. I also like that it’s stable, with a cord that’s long enough for convenience. Unlike my large cooker, this one doesn’t get the countertop too hot, and there’s just enough liquid left to make gravy without too much waste. I've used it a few times to cook smaller joints, around 500g, and the results have been fantastic. The first time, I cooked the joint for 5 hours on low and kept it on warm for an additional hour. It came out tender, but the meat was a little too soft to slice cleanly. Next time, I plan to cut the cooking time to around 3-4 hours and let it rest before serving to keep the texture just right. Overall, I’m really impressed with this slow cooker. It’s well-constructed, fairly priced, and does an excellent job. The only downside is that there’s no light to show when it’s on, but that’s a minor issue compared to all the positive features. I particularly appreciate the 'keep warm' setting, which is handy for keeping the food at the right temperature without overcooking. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this slow cooker.

Absolutely love this croc pot, this is the second one I’ve brought (just a smaller version of the large one I have) . The ceramic insert cleans so easy after use just needs a little soapy water & ten minutes to soak . The temperature control is so easy to use looks lovely and not too heavy to move around from cupboard to top . Love leaving things to cook on low all day then come home to a hot meal no faff . Looking forward to do Xmas dinner sides with both in full use helps maximise space with oven & hob . Perfect to keep food warm so versatile. Seriously considering buying another one solely for preparing gravy and keeping it hot .

Great little soup pot

Two person household now and this Crock-Pot slow cooker is excellent for that. Made a massaman curry this week and it was perfect for two people with enough over to make two Sunbeam Pie Maker Snack pies the next night (we are not big meal eaters by the way). Takes up little bench space and is light to move. Did buy a UK to Aus adaptor plug for it. Very happy with this purchase.
