Good value
I’m taking two of these pills per day as part of my treatment for Osteoporosis. Since our bodies can only absorb 500 mg of calcium supplement at a time, I’ve elected to crush the pills and take 4x per day with yoghurt or applesauce, which is perfectly safe.
