Good ginger flavor for soda water or mixed drinks
A delicious, interesting ginger ale made with this syrup when combined with either club soda or carbonated water from a sodastream or a soda siphon bottle (plain water charged with small C02 "canisters"). Different than any other ginger ale flavor, more bite. Also good for mixed drinks calling for a ginger syrup.

Amazing flavor! I sometimes make my own ginger syrup, this is so much easier and has a few more ingredients to make it extra tasty. I like ginger ale, but haven't purchased the "ginger flavored" soda from the supermarket in years, there is no comparison!

I live the added flavor of this ginger syrup. Not too sweet and lightly spicy. Great in a bourbon based cocktail

How the $!@_ do you get the top off?
I cannot get the top off. My entire neighborhood cannot get the top off. The top is completely encased in something like sealing wax and is utterly immobile. I have tried everything I can reasonably do but it hasn't moved a millimeter. The syrup might be great but I guess I'll never know,
