Product shows " cold-processed". Does this mean non-pasteurized?

Cold press simply means heat wasn't used in filtration of the whey! Which is great because the protien isn't denatured! Meaning it's in it's purest form! It's has not lost any of its natural compound by being heated and processed! .... Hope that helps! .... It's expensive because it's pure and organic no fillers/no bi products! Just pure organic! I highly recommend it

How can you call this raw if it has been pasteurized?

Hi Sharon! Actually there are no whey proteins on the market that are actually "raw." When dairy products are sold across state lines, they must be pasteurized under FDA regulations. So if you see any whey protein marketing itself as "raw" it actually isn't. Source is proud to be transparent about our methods, our cows, and our farms. Thanks for the question.

what is the difference between Regular and classic?

Sunflower lecithin DOES NOT contain phytoestrogens, but SOY lecithin does. The chocolate and vanilla whey concentrate versions contain organic SUNFLOWER lecithin (NO phytoestrogens) and organic stevia. Classic contains only whey concentrate.

Which is better and why, Source Organic or Raw Organic Whey? I am confused which to choose

Hi there! We're obviously partial, but Source is Non-GMO Project Verified and American Humane Association certified while Raw is not. We also tell you where we get our whey (Northern California farms) while they are very vague. Finally, they're really not "raw," that's just a marketing tactic.
