I have been using blackberry ear phones for several years and thought these were from the same company . Very disappointed with quality of sound even for phone conversation. The overall quality is poor

Nice! But doesn't work well with other devices besides blackberry, by that i mean, the people on the other end of the line won't hear you except you speak loudly or directly into the PHONE; why then did i get a headphone? Works great with my blackberry phone though but I can't use it with my iphone. My apple headphones work great on every device even with calls. I love blackberry that's why i got this but they broke my heart.

I'm partial to Blackberry for good reason but these are nice headphones hold much better in the ear.

Worked great for a week. Then you got a mono phone... Just like all the other reviews, this is most definitely the lease reliable pair of headphones on earth.

Excellent. I have a Blackberry and they are perfect. Good sound. Takes out all the background noise.

While it worked it was good but 9 months in and the left earpiece has suffered a massive drop in output volume. It is now only working at about 20% compared to the right earpiece. The original set supplied with the blackberry lasted 2 years before failing.

Habe das WS-510 Headset zum BlackBerry Priv dazugekommen und eins als Ersatz hinzugekauft. Mit der Überschrift beziehe ich mich auf das quasi Vorgängermodell WS-430, welches beim Passport oder Classic mit enthalten war. Für das 510 spricht die bessere Klangqualität, sowohl beim Musikhören, als auch beim telefonieren. Hier ist es deutlich klarer und kräftiger als das 430. Gegen das 510 spricht, dass hier die Technik mit dem zusätzlichen kleinen Gummibügel zum Verspannen des earpods im Ohr nicht verbaut ist. Das empfinde ich beim 430 als echtes Plus und pfiffigen Detail. Weniger gut ist hier auch die Kabelage gelöst, da sich BlackBerry hier vom flachen, breiten Kabel verabschiedet hat und, wie die meisten anderen auch, ein rundes Kabel verbaut. Der Nachteil ist eine deutlich stärkere Neigung zur "Knotenbildung" , die beim Flachbandkabel ausbleibt. So gibt es hier Licht und bauartbedingte Schatten. Wer das vorher weiss und akzeptiert, dem kann ich bezüglich der Qualität des WS-510 das Produkt sehr empfehlen.

Tengo una blackberry Passport y los originales no se meten dentro de los oidos y son un rollo, el problema es que ningún otro auricular es compatible con el software de blackberry, el manos libres no funcionaba, spotify se parara solo, un rollo. Y el servicio de BB me recomendó esto y partir de ahí se acabaron los problemas. Todo como la seda y además el cable es lo suficientemente largo
