The multi-level map support is really useful because we have two stairs in the house and each of the different levels can be added as a separate map. It's automatically able to figure out the location and clean the room appropriately. You can even set virtual walls to prevent it from going into a certain places. Another great feature is the sequencing of rooms and pre-setting the time of cleaning the house. It makes it almost interaction free to clean the house.Cons:1. Did see maps not being able to load sometimes. Had to reset the wifi connection after a month to get it going.2. Sometimes it takes too long to position (>2 minutes)Overall, would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to automate their cleaning work.

I have been thinking of buying a robot vacuum cleaner for some time and while the cost benefit was clear, I wasn't convinced about the market leader due to lack of mopping feature. I reviewed Vacuum Wars on YT which gave the Roborock S5 Max a huge thumps up and boy it does what it claims. Have run it couple of times and it picked up dirt from all inaccessible places in the house that get neglected during routine sweeping. The robot suction capacity is quite powerful plus it powers its away on carpets and rubber flooring.

No reply from the manufacturer or seller for the resolution of the malfunctioning ofRoborock S5 max, even after repeated e mails.Now it is among the scraps after 18 months of usage.
