Not a miracle bag that will stop freezer burn, but these guys are NICE. Makes prep work so much nicer when processing food from the garden. Was making bags with my bag sealer to size so when I cut up green peppers I can literally freeze my green peppers in sizes for my omelet or for fajitas. These are quick ziplock that don't take much room, are only slightly more expensive then building you own, but the time and energy I save while working with them makes up that financial issue in a HEARTBEAT. They weather the fridge about the same as my sealer bags and form ice crystals at the same rate.
