Easy, delicious and great price.
Very happy with purchase, especially since our local farmers markets doesn’t carry Maitake mushrooms. Easy to rehydrate and was able to as too some miso soup which came out delicious!

Mushroom tea
This was my first time trying Maitake, and I'm addicted. I throw a couple in hot water every afternoon, let it steep, drink, then eat the shrooms. They are pricey which is my only problem, but they have lasted longer than I expected.
