Not in condition as advertised
The media could not be loaded. I received last week and read one chapter. By this week, when I had a new chapter… I was shocked to see on one particular set of pages(about midway through book) it exposed the fact that the glue has totally separated and the book is falling apart. This was a good price but was advertised as “very good condition “. I have been very careful and gentle with this book since exactly a week ago today when I received it.I would have rather spent more to get a book that wasn’t falling apart. Very disappointing. Seller should inspect all parts of book before selling and claiming in very good condition.

If you only need the book it's fine
So I got this for a class, however for my class I needed the key code to be able to take the exams, which cost $45 and the book was $60 to rent, soooo it wasn't a good deal

Horrible text
Used this for a college course. It’s one man’s leftist take on history, not a real collection of true events. A 3rd grader could write a better text. I chose one star because it does not let you select zero-which is what I would’ve given this book.

Utter trash
The author's extreme opinions are stated as historical fact. Recent history is dripping with bias. Makes one wonder what other sections of this book, sections that relate to eras before my time, are ahistorical, subject to the author's opinion. If you can avoid this textbook, I would. If you have no choice (chosen by a school/teacher), godspeed. And you may want to have some supplementary teaching materials at home so your child doesn't become indoctrinated by this trash.
