Easy Chinese Cookbook

Sorry Gok, sorry Sweet Mandarin...
...but you've been made redundant by this.Food looks and tastes like my local (excellent) takeaway. Using just 4 ingredients (soy, honey, sesame oil and cornflour) I can make a basic sauce that makes everything taste great.Something else I really like about this book is that the focus is on the recipes, not the food stylist's photos or the chef's childhood.Everything I've made so far has turned out beautifully, so I'm going to work through it recipe by recipe.

Colourful, easy to follow and works well as ebook
I prefer paper cookery books but from time to time I can’t resist a bargain and I picked this up for 99p as an ebook. I’ve downloaded to iPad and iPhone and it works well on both. Useful to have on the phone as it means I can check a recipe whilst out shopping and see if I have all the ingredients. It’s well laid out with working hyperlinks and a tasty and interesting range of recipes. They’re easy to follow and there are no obscure ingredients. He’s not an author I know, but I like the way he writes and his explanations so I’d be happy to recommend this book and I’ll certainly look for others by the author.

Easy to understand
This author knows what he’s doing and if I can follow the instructions on how to make a nice Chinese meal as I’ve never cooked Chinese before at 65 yrs old, anyone can do it, delivery came on time,
