Think about others
It wasn't obvious before I started reading and it's now ridiculously obvious that commonsense is all about empathy, thinking from other people's shoes, making sure we pass on the knowledge to others so that they won't land up in problems

A Great Book
The book outlines how companies gradually lose their common sense as they keep on adding bureaucracy. Finally things reach ridiculous levels as rules and procedures take precedence over people. Unless the weeds of rules and processes are periodically cleared, efficiency of organizations plummet. Great illustrations and real life studies are provided to back up the author's views. It is a very enjoyable read.

The Ministry of Common Sense
Great book to read and should be read by all those working in system driven organisation and how a little bit of common sense can improve efficiency across the organisations
