Already not working- shamefull
UpdatedThe machine does not generate enough of pressure. The service advisor who came home told me the problem was with the coffee ground size , which honestly was the least convincing answer possible. But I tried to give respect to his advice and ordered blue tokai coffee, which is specially ground for Home Xpresso machines. Same problem all over again. Since the service engineer came without a pressure tester, he couldn’t really test the machine and only gave his opinion and left . Told me any further support would require him to ship the unit to Delhi where they will actually test it properly, and it would take 7 to 8 days.Now I will try again . Really, really disappointed.It’s been 5 days and I’m yet waiting for some response from. Delonghi orient electric customer service team ….

Great coffee maker
It gives absolute flexibility to make coffee as per your taste. Though it’s been a month only using it but no issues as such.

Service Issues
Not working.... Worked pretty well in the first few days....but now the espresso pump seems to have failed. Extremely difficult to repair the machine.... Don't know whom to contact and get the machine running.... Only used the machine for around 2 to 3 weeks

Worst service machine is faulty machine supplied by Amazon and Deloghi
The machine is faulty Deloghi is selling faulty product pleas don’t buy there products. It got faults in just 20 days it has been 3 months company is not able to repair or give refund

Utter disappointment. You will be on your own for technical support.
The machine was delivered defective and the customer support was horrendous. No technician available to get it checked. Not sure how the company is selling these products in India without proper support system. Utter disappointment.
