Absolutely love this... and most importantly, it’s the right size, that way I can get it fresh every time I need it

You can't make crepes with it like the photos suggest
What I received was a very fine flour, so if you (like me) were hoping to do "crepes" as per advertised photos (the ones with cheese and nutella), this will not be suitable.

Tastes like plastic
I am used to buy any tapioca flour I see to make some Brazilian cheese break, not only made in Brazil, but any asian store has tapioca flour made in other asian countries, all good.This tastes like plastic. Not only didn't work to the recipe I use with any other tapioca flour, but smells and tastes like plastic, impossible to eat.

It is a bit corse not such a fine flour.

Is tapioca flour but not great for Pão de queijo
Worked OK but was coarse so the Pão de queijo came out crumbly tasted good tho

Do not buy
This flour has a very distinct taste which messes up entire recipes. Tried to make Brazilian cheese bread twice with this four and it tasted horrific, almost chemical / artificial. Ended up buying a different brand (and that worked well right away)

It’s not like a normal tapioca flour. Much grainier.
I can’ t use it in recipes, because it changes texture totally. It’s not a statchy, powdery flour, it is very grainy. And it ruins my fool proof bread recipe.
