Unit was received on time but frame was broken. Contacted seller and received a new frame. Wife loves picture.

It was anamazing and awesome piece. I bought it for my 16 year old granddaughters16th birthday. She loves wolves and has a favorite at a wolf sanctuaryshe visits and is going to do a 3 month volunteer internship there. Shewas just overwhelmed with feeling of how realistic and touchable it is.As I said pictures simply can't really portray how beautiful it is. Andthe scene itself was very touching. Her younger sister also loves thewolves and visits the sanctuary so I will be ordering another for herlater in the year.There was what appeared to be be a scratch across the picture that I'mguessing happened during shipping. Perhaps the inflated pillow likeprotectors or the styrofoam would be more suitable for the shipping thanthe paper. You can't see it much except when you look at it a certainway. The media could not be loaded.  These cats are the best. They watch me work all day, and when people come into my office, they see it, and get creeped out and they leave immediately. That's a win-win in my book. The tuxedo cat does look sick. Probably Canine Parvovirus but i can't be sure because I never finished Veterinary College. The fluffy grey cat is the best cat. He's looking in a different direction because he sees the predatory dog about to scare the rest of the cats (including the sick one) away. It's really understated in the image but that little flowery section by the fence is really a coveted pet hangout. It's no wonder the dog wants to scare the cats so he can have it for himself. Probably my favorite part of the picture is how they turn their furry little faces to watch me when I goof off at work all day long. I'm not a crazy cat lady (probably because I'm a guy) but I like cats. Especially these odd, eerily despondent furry little felines. Buy two and give one to someone who hates cats and you will have converted them into a cat lover, or they may stop hanging out with you. Either way, WIN-WIN!!!m =^o.o^= m Buy one right MEOW!

I ordered this picture for a friend. As soon as I saw it, I knew she would love it. Unfortunately, the first one arrived damaged with a large scratch across the front. The replacement image was packaged similarly and also had a large scratch, although this scratch was in a different place. I contacted 3D Art Company directly about the issues, and they were truly wonderful to work with. The image material is delicate, so be careful when handling it and hanging it up. It also seems to show better when it doesn't have sunlight directly on it creating a glare. It turns out that my friend took down other pictures on her wall so that this picture would be the star! She definitely loves it.My favorite part of this purchase was the customer service experience. 3D Art Company seems to have put a lot of thought into their marketing and customer service emails. They are fun to read and seem to match the spirit of the images themselves. I had the pleasure of working with Scott at 3D to try and resolve the damage issues. Scott was extremely responsive and helpful, and he didn't hesitate to send me a new image directly. Service was extremely fast, and I received refunds before they received the damaged products back. This is really a company who stands by their product and puts the customer's needs first. How truly refreshing.

I got 3 different lenticular pictures and I liked the Koi much better than the panda or black & white cats. Being a discriminating 3d picture fan, I first took interest in laser holograms back in the late 80's to 90's when they were all the rage. Holograms had images that project out of the frame, as much as 2 feet for the large artwork (at the Hologram Museum). The Koi came closest to holograms as the leaves and the bottom fish appears to stick out of about an inch. Then the upper fish and some leaves are further in the frame. The gravel being the furthermost layer as though the fish are swimming in shallow waters, maybe 2 to 3 inches deep. The best view is the front and up to about 20 degree angles to the left and right. Overall, the objects work well together. Fish looks roundish, the scene looks natural, nothing flat looking unlike the panda or the b&w cats artworks.If you purchase the framed version by the 3D Art Company, it is packaged with cardboard on each corner and on the saw toothed hanger fastened with staple gun. The staples are deep and takes a lot of effort to remove them with a screwdriver and pliers, not 'package friendly'. A box container would be better.

When I bought this picture I enjoyed that it had horses but when I received it these horses in the picture look like they were actually going to run directly over me as I looked into it this is amazing how something like this could be put into a frame I really enjoy looking at it it reminds me of a time in my life when I was young and when I felt like I was Superman and free to roam and enjoy life but now snapshot of my life before reality came in and slapped the hair off my head and my six pack became a 24 pack
