This is initially painful! However my husband and I, are in a lot of pain every day. Chronic pain and specific pain with exacerbations! Medication and I mean heavy duty meds can only do so much! This is helpful because even though you feel pain initially it then starts making you feel relieved and more relaxed! I did a lot of research on these and so far after finding a very expensive brand, I found this one for more than half the cost! Sleep also is much better I guess because our muscles are not as tight and as far as easy to use? I don’t know how much easier it could be! I absolutely love the bag it come in! You just take it out with the pillow, lay it on the floor and just lay on it in whatever position you want to start in! I usually spray the back of it since that part goes on the floor! I recommend this product for any one who has neck and back pain!

I was skekptical when I bought this, but having trouble sleeping and lots of headaches, so I thought it was worth a try. I'm not saying it's the answer to everything, but in a short time of using it (about 2 weeks), I find I can get some relief from tension headaches after laying on the pillow and mat for approximately one half hour. I also find I am sleeping a bit better; and if I can't sleep during the night and lay on the mat for a while, I can go back to sleep more quickly. I am surprised at how relaxing it is to lay on it. My husband is also just starting to use it. I would recommend it to anyone with an open mind! I am very pleased with this purchase.

Got this for Christmas, and it’s been awesome to have! When used correctly, this really does give my muscles relief and helps relax all of the tension in my back, shoulders and neck.It does take time and “practice” to get used to the acupressure spikes. But now, I don’t even cringe when I first lay down in the mat. And the pillow is my favorite piece! Perfectly fits the curve of my neck when laying down! And the carrying bag is wonderful to storing the set together. I love this purchase!

This would have received 5 stars if the points were not quite so sharp. This product requires care. I wouldn't have it out in a room with small children or pets. Laying on it does release tight muscles, and using the pillow under my neck works wonders at relieving those tight muscles from "tech neck".

This is great to relieve stress and reduce anxiety. The spikes are sharp and the mat came packaged well. I haven’t used the pillow yet, but it looks very nice and the quality of this mat is the best I’ve cone across. It’s a bit heavy since it’s made of nicer materials which makes me think it will last longer. The carrying bag is also great for storage to keep it clean when not using it.

I wasn't sure what to expect, so I wanted to give this a chance before reviewing. I recieved this yesterday from Amazon. I have used it two days now. The first day I was able to stay on it with a light shirt for 30 minutes. It was uncomfortable at first, but after maybe 5 - 10 minutes it was tolerable. I didn't have a light shirt on my neck and found the pillow very uncomfortable the first day.Today is day 2. I used it again with a light shirt and put a light scarf around my neck today. It was so easy today and actually felt pretty amazing. I'm surprised really. I feel more energetic in just one day, I hope it helps with sleep and pain today. I'm going to use it once again before bedtime to get more benefits from it. I have been using it on my back, but tonight I. will be using it on my bottom for my sciatic pain.So far, I really like this strange new way to feel great.

The nubs were very hard and stiff, gave little relief.

Writing this while on the matt. This is going to be a part of my daily routine. At first it obvi doesn’t feel the best, but if you stay through it and breath it gives you SO much relief. I’m coming off the flu and this has helped me feel human again. I really got it bc I have a lot joint pain and skin issues from psoriasis…my hope is it helps my skin condition but at the end of the day it feels amazing for a general wellness routine to release chronic pain. I’m glad I got this instead of the pricey big brands like prana. Thank you seller!!! (:

I wanted a mat like this but didn’t want to spend the big big bucks for one of the other big brands. I’m so glad I didn’t! The quality of this one was surprising. It’s really good! Totally worth it! I love standing on the mat, I find it very relaxing. I have no complaints, I would definitely recommend.

I’m confused - I buy this for health reasons and it has a warning on the box saying this product will expose you to cancer causing chemicals? What??? But the product on line says all natural. Please explain??

Love the mat, it is of very sturdy and quality material, much less expensive than some of the mats but nothing less of a quality buy. Would recommend!

I was expecting this to be a real torture device, tried laying down on I t with a shirt on & was fine, have only used it for 1 day. will use it at night to try to relax before bed
