L'Oreal Paris Skin Expertise Age Perfect for Mature Skin, Day Cream SPF 15 + Night Cream, 2.5 Ounce Each

The “day” version of this smells very similar to classic Jergens lotion. The night version is more “perfumy”—it’s okay, but I wish it had less fragrance. Both the day and night version are creamy, relatively thick, and have a good moisturizing quality to them. Other than the smell and the labels on the jars, I can’t really tell them apart. They feel the same. I suppose that is good. The day version has sunscreen in it for SFP 15. The active sunscreen ingredient is Ensulizole 1.7% and Octinoxate 7.5%. I am sensitive to some sunscreen ingredients, but so far I am not having any bad reaction to this product. This two-set version was the best value I could find. The jars are larger than others I have purchased previously—2.5 ounces each instead of the more typical 1.7 ounces. I used to use the traditional anti-wrinkle day cream with SFP in it, but it seems that every time I run out of a L’Oréal product and attempt to reorder it, they have changed the formula and I can’t get the product again. I wish they would stop doing that. Anyway, this day and night cream two pack set is pretty nice. Some reviewers commented on the color of the jars—the outside cardboard box packaging shows that night creme in a blue jar—it is NOT. Both jars are CLEAR glass with white lids. The moisturizer creme inside is white and shows through the clear glass jar as white. The night creme has a blue label on it. See my photo. My mom loves this cream; She is 87 years of age and looks great - her skin is smooth - hardly ANY wrinkles. She is the middle child of 4 girls and she looks the youngest. She's been using Loreal for many -many years; She should be a spokes model for Loreal! I recently noticed how beautiful her skin looked and remarked she was a beautiful looking mother! So thank you for this amazing cream. I hope I look great at 87 just like my mom does!

I find this product to be moisturizing with a nice scent and goes on smoothly. Have used for a few years.

My 93yo Grandmother is in an assisted living facility and asked me to get her some "nicer" wrinkle cream, she said something a little more expensive - you'll know its better that way.I took a chance on this given it's great reviews, despite its very affordable price and had it delivered to her. She called me a few days later and said she absolutely loves it. She was shocked when I told her the price I paid for both jars. She said it absorbs well, doesn't feel greasy and she's noticed a difference already in her skin. When I visited her I was able to smell it as well, it's a very nice, simple scent that's not overpowering.We've reordered twice for her now.

So i bought a combo of bedtime and day cream. I actually am okay with the day cream with sunscreen. It feels nice, absorbs well and light scent.But the bedtime cream I dislike every time I use it more and more. It’s all because of the scent or perfume in it. Makes my face burn sometimes and my eyes water and itch. I thought when I bought them I checked it was for sensitive skin, but I’m not sure if I thought I was buying something else, or if it was advertised badly.I will go back to buying L’Oréal’s purple nighttime cream with collagen. I loved that. Should have stayed with it.Wish i could return the nighttime one, but I gave it a go for to long now 🙄

I have not used the night cream long enough to know how well it works. It does feel very creamy and smooth and it is very light But, it smells atrocious. So I will finish the jar but I will not buy this again. The smell may not bother most people so it is worth a try.
