Some hot sauces are just hot. Some hot sauces have good flavor but no hotness. This hot sauce has them both. Delicious!

I didn't want to leave a review until I compared this order with a bottle brought to me by car from Mejico. This one came from a New York distributor and I'm glad it is being discovered in the U.S.It is not a very hot sauce, but there is some spice (heat) there. It is a flavorful companion to things such as french fries, omelets, black bean soup, crockettes and just about any other savory dish. I consider it better tasting than other Mejican sauces that let their presence be known too much as you eat, but it is subjective call. I will also say that it is not a substitute to pepper sauce, but a parallel one.I'm attaching a photo of the ingredients and nutrition information from the bottle I received from Mejico and the one delivered in this order. For you to examine. The Mejican one is on the right hand side and almost empty. Again, I did not notice any difference in flavor between the two.

The level of deliciosity that this delectable treat will deliver may possibly knock your socks right off of your tootsies! I am not exaggerating when I say that this may be the best, all-purpose hot sauce know to man! I first tried it on an adventure to Mexico where they use it on everything from tacos, to fish, to open wounds and acne scars, and I must say... it performs flawlessly on all occasions! Not too hot, but just enough heat to let your sense tell you that you are alive and that you should do something amazing... IMMEDEATLY! I put it in my coffee in the morning, I brush my teeth with it before I leave the house, and at lunch time, I keep myself from using any! That way, by the time dinner rolls around, I am craving for it the same way a obese feline craves for just one lethargic mouse to walk into its mouth! and in all seriousness... it really is delicious!

Love it. Perfect for pescado zarandeado and diablo shrimp. They also sent me some spicy candy along with it which I loved and was a lovely surprise.

Great flavor not too hot but heat is personal preference! Good stuff!

Found this hot sauce in a Mexican restaurant in Craig Colorado. I loved it, came home and ordered some. Not to hot and just the right amount of salty bite.
