Simple, straightforward. It was a gift for my wife to do work on. In that regard though it lacks some critical tools. There is no numeric keypad (I bought one separately) and that's really useful since my wife uses it for accounting. NO DVD/CD drive and a limited number of USB ports meant that I also had to buy a USB expansion module and a separate DVD drive. However, the display is crisp and clean, the keyboard is responsive and the entire machine is very light and easy to transport. Good for basic computing and internet access. Built-in webcam with camera curtain. Not a bad buy for the price, just be prepared to purchase add-ons separately.

I use this product for my own personal usage. The only thing I do not like is that the battery run down too fast when I'm using it.

Its ok it does however it will wifi connection will go on and off on every now and then

Took this little guy to the ibreakufix folks because it was acting up. Some days it'll do everything you want. Other times you'll spend an hour just getting it to power on and load a web browser. Turns out this is due to manufacturer choices about where the hard drive is embedded. Do yourself a favor and don't get this model.

I do not recommend you buying this laptop. It is super slow on loading. Feels like you have a lot of files but there’s nothing on it for it to run like this.

Purchased machine September 2020, started using it for basic things like zoom and teams for teaching. Nothing else was downloaded. No games, no other software, files were saved to a flash drive not on the machine.It's June 2021, computer asks to "shut down and update". While "updating" machine freezes with pixelated lines and never recovers. Turn off computer, give it a rest. Turn on computer, it gave suggestions to run from boot file on flash drive, or format hard disk or run windows normally...i ran normally. It tried to do an auto recovery that it said was unsuccessful. After 'running it normally', laptop behaved well for 10 mins then pixelated freeze. Now the power light just comes on, fan is spinning but screen remains black.I own a Lenovo all in one since 2015 and it works fine even now. I was confident that this brand is the real deal. What's with this laptop? And every time i visit the link on Amazon, the price is increased!

Very disappointed. Normally love Lenovo. This is very cheaply made. Having update issues from the start. This is my second one and both are bad. Very disappointed.

I purchased this computer for my kids to use mostly for school . This computer runs really slow and loads slowly. Then suddenly it had an issue where it was stuck in a boot loop. The only game we had on it was The Sims 4, so I am very disappointed. I used the lenovo restore button, and it failed to redownload windows. I definitely would NOT recommend this product. Maybe it was faulty from the beginning, but point still stands.

Compre dos laptops iguales, mismo dia, han pasado 4 meses y una, de la nada, se tronó, pero lo que me parece fatal es que la garantia no cubre xq la compra fue en USA, lo cual ni sabia y ahora no garantia y no compu y ni siquiera he terminado de pagarla!!!!Y no se como localizar al vendedor xq ya no me da la opcion de contactarlo.
